YE LIANG

I am a classically trained professional art instructor. I specialize in oil painting, pencil on paper, and other mixed media. Currently, I teach high school students and help them create authentic portfolios for college entrance applications. In my classes, my students gain foundational knowledge in art and drawing while finding creative ways to express their unique identities. I love seeing my students blossom into confident, creative, and expressive artists who are well-trained in fundamental techniques.

I was trained in the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, China. I received my Master of Arts from the University of Montana, and I worked as a graphic designer in Los Angeles for 16 years.
